LG G4 not synching

Just bought Blaze. Very disappointed to know that it doesn't sync for notifications. That's a big reason why I made this purchase. I could have saved a lot of money and gotten a lesser model. Please say if this is going to change soon.

Thanks!

Your phone is not listed as a compatible device. That does not mean it is not compatible, it just means Fitbit has not certified your particular phone. Your phone has all the minimal requirements to work. Did you follow the instructions here?

If you still can't get it to work, I would contact support.

Also, take a look at this thread where a person with a G4 was able to resolve the problem.

Yes, I tried, but some of these options do not appear for me. Your link was
very helpful, though, since some of this information I had not seen
previously. I just did a test, and the texting works. Phone alert works.

Thank you for the speedy, comprehensive response.

1. If you have a Fitbit Blaze or Fitbit Surge, swipe to Settings and
make sure Notifications is set to On.

I don't see that. Here is what I see:

Quick View
Brightness
Bluetooth Classic
Heart Rate
Regulatory Info
Version Number
Shutdown

I press the top right button, and choose YES for notifications.
