Hello, I have an LG ThinQ G7 which is not compatible with the Fitbit app or the Charge 4 that I recently purchased. I would like my phone to be added to the app and the Charge 4 I purchased or I will have to return the product.
I would like an answer please. I have tried to troubleshoot this to the best of my ability and it will not work please advise me on what can be done or when my phone can be added to the compatibility. Thank you

The best I can say is search the comunity forum for your phone model. Many phones not listed have been found compatible by Fitbit users, while some phones have been found to sync fine if setup through a different device.
Doing a search may give some insight.

Welcome to the Forums, @Madmax13 and @Rich_Laue, thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 4 board to the Android App board, since I think that here you will be able to find more topics about your phone.
Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your Fitbit and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device. If you want to check if your phone is compatible, I recommend checking the help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your device, but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions in the article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
Keep me posted.
