I am unable to sync my Charger HR to my LG V30. I was told that my device was not added as a comparable on the last updates. Please add LG V30.

Thanks for sharing your phone's model and let me help you with the syncing issues experienced. As you've been told, currently the Fitbit app hasn't been optimized to work with your LG V30, and this is why some features such as syncing may not work all the time. Our team is working hard to add more devices to our official list and you can also add your vote for this request posted in the Feature Suggestions board. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.

 

About your Charge HR, if you've tried the possible troubleshooting steps, my advise is to sync with a compatible phone or tablet. You can also try syncing using a Windows 10 computer with built Bluetooth. For more details, check this help article.
