Please rush priority on getting lg. Phones compatible. The phone is only 1 year old and unable to sync. Seems like a common problem and upsetting a lot of fitbit users.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience with the compatibility of the Fitbit app. Currently the Fitbit app has been optimized to work with the LG V10 and LG G6, and our team is working hard to add more devices to our official list. I understand how this affects you and be sure that every feedback posted in the Forums will be passed along to our team. Let me recommend to visit our Feature Suggestions board and submit your request for your phone's model so others can vote for it. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.
