I am in Taiwan. I can read Chinese but would prefer to have English, but Fitty only allows Chinese. If I choose English, then the region time/date is off (by 12 hours, for example, if set to EST in the US). Is there any chance this could be a future app update so the language settings could match personal preferences?
BTW, Taiwan is due to become officially Chinese & English bi-lingual by 2030, so maybe Google could aspire to the address this before then.

Yes, I have. I can keep English as language, but if I choose Taiwan as my country, the time zone still defaults to the US (or UK or Australia, I suppose, but I haven't tried this.). Further, after a while, the language will revert to Chinese.
I have using a Charge 5 for a couple of years and haven't had success. I messaged Fitbit on twitter, and was advised to post here.

P.S. This isn't a huge issue for me, but it might be for others here. The Chinese is pretty straightforward and clear, but I don't know why FB-Google can't be a little flexible on this point. It's as if English is an exotic language and I'm trying to do something utterly unconventional. Not so, at least I don't think so.
