Charge 3 won't sync since the 28th of Dec 2018 one week ago. I've reset the device tried everything. It also says my battery is 100% on the app when it's actually 24%
Very disappointed wtf is going on. What's the point of this tracker if you can't keep track 😡

Exactly same with my Charge 2, stopped syncing on 29rh Dec.

The battery percentage in the app only shows the level as it was when it last synced so it's just out of date and that will sort itself out when you get syncing working again.
I don't know what you have already tried but the usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

I've done it all and here we are now in MAY 2019 and it's still not working!!!! so seriously pissed... total waste of $300. The app constantly uninstalls itself from my phone, i have installed it at least 12 times a day since the last update it's BS!!! I will never buy anything from fitbit ever again!! totally lost once and for all.
