Since latest Android App update I haven't been able to sync. Tried unpairing and re-pairing my Alta. App kept asking to restart Bluetooth. I had to re-pair my Alta via my iPhone.

Ditto for me too! After update, my Droid turbo 2 WILL NOT connect with my charge HR in any way, shape or form. Yes - app has been removed, re-installed, phone powered off/on, charge HR has been re-set while being plugged in... Not sure what else to do 😕 arrg

Welcome to the Community @Jbarngr! Remember that you have to pair your tracker from the Fitbit app, not from the Bluetooth on your phone. So if you have an Android phone, please follow the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post to set it up your tracker.

Hi @carriethefarmer, how are you doin' today? Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app on your phone. And also try to turn off the bluetooth on your phone, reboot it and turn on the bluetooth again.

Let me know how it goes guys!
