My Charge 2 tracker worked perfectly with my Samsung J3 until your mandatory firmware update, which has rendered it virtually useless. I downloaded the newest version of your app and now my phone can no longer find my tracker. How about sending me a refund for the useless tracker I now own?

@SandraGlass, unfortunately you need to contact customer support and run the gauntlet with them to get this sorted. If you are out of warranty they will try and fob you off with a discount off a new tracker. You will probably have to badger them to get things moving. Also there is probably quite a queue of people in front of you with the same problem. Have a look at the threads on the charge 2 forum, lots of people got their trackers bricked by that firmware update.

Thanks for your reply. Pretty much what I assumed I should do, just not in the mood right now to be hassled. Have to prepare myself for it...LOL.
