Just updated app this morning on my Sony Z3 android version 5.1.1 and now seem to have a problem with call notifications. When I go to 'call notifications' all I get is this? Obviously worked fine before the update.

Thanks for getting back @Cyanrose! I may have found a solution for this. Try going into your phone settings and search for the "Security" option. Then, tap on the sections I've marked in the screenshots below:
Make sure the notification service is enabled and the go to the call notifications option of the Fitbit app to see if it's working.
Keep me posted!
Best AnswerI had the same issue. The "Notification Access" option was in the "Sound & Notifications" area of my phone, right under "App Notifications." Hope that helps.

@Mtlgdss Seems like the font on your Android settings may be too large and is hiding the button and rest of text instructions. Try changing your font size in your Android settings, as that message should look like this:
Once you click on the "Enable Notifications" pink button, your phone will automatically take you to the Notifications Access menu in your Android device where you should toggle ON the "Fitbit Notification Service," as shown here. Hope this helps.
Best AnswerWelcome to the Forums @Cyanrose! Sometimes you will need to reboot your phone after updating the Fitbit app to bring back this feature. You should also try the troubleshoot provided here.
I hope this helps. Let me know the outcome.
Best AnswerHi PeterFitbit,
Not sure if I'm missing something in the troubleshooting where it says -
I don't even see an option to 'allow notification access'. All I can see is this (as well as all-day sync checked etc.) So when I tap 'call notifications' I just get the image posted earlier.
I've unpaired device, rebooted, reinstalled and all those things.

Best AnswerI don't have that option in my security settings. Only thing similar I can see in there is 'apps with usage access' and fitbit isn't listed there.
In my notification settings this is how fitbit appears:
Best AnswerHi. This is what I did to make call notifications work with my Sony phone. I've downloaded the BitTicker app to get notifications from other apps such as messenger and such. This app also needs notification approval. So after the update I tried reinnstalling that one to get to the part where i can choose if the app are to send notifications. Once there you can also check the fitbit app. Kinda backwards, but it worked. But beware. BitTicker costs money, but it's worth it in my opinion.
Regards
Thanks for the tip Soulless! I will wait to hear whether it's a fault with the update first before I go buying another app just to make it work. Worked fine this morning, then has gone wrong since update.

Best AnswerThank you @ErickFitbit. I couldnt get call notifications and the reason was because my font was so big that i couldnt see the tab at the bottom of the page to click on allowing notifications. Problem solved! Thank you. **ahem** i love my fitbit!!!!!!

@Mtlgdss@Tina1966 Woop Woop! So glad that it was an easy fix and not actually a bug with your apps, thanks for updating me, I really appreciate it.
