For last few days, my app on Android platform is not updating data.  This is specific to Community section under Friends.  My steps shows "0".  The main screen shows all proper data but last 7 days summary are empty.  I uninstall the the and re-install agian, restarted my phone... no avail.   Any idea from anyone?

When does the app say that your last sync was?

Does the watch have a phone icon with a line through it?

Have you tried the list of recommended steps

One step, not mentioned is to clear cache.

  • Hold the finger on the fitbit icon.
  • Tap the i
  • Tap Storage
  • Tap clear cache

@Rich_Laue I don't understand your "one step".

Where is that fitbit icon? On the fitbit watch(today?)  or on the phone app?

I guess the phone app.

What do you mean with fitbit icon ? You mean the 13 dots in a rhombus(?) (tilted square) Can't find that.

Or do you mean the presentation of the watch?

Still, can't find the "i".

Hi @MarioDings - on recent Android phones there are app launch icons and the shortcut can be a long press of the Fitbit App launch icon and then click app info, Apple iPhone is different.

Again in Android you can go the long way into the phone settings gear icon and choose Apps (may differ by phone types and version) and select the Fitbit App.
