Anyone know how to sync Fitbit Charge 4 with new PC app. I received an email saying it is now compatible with Fitbit

Just guessing.
A) Go to their website and look for instructions.
B) Profile pic > Charge 4 > Gallery > Apps > search bar at top for "Optimum" or whatever term it might be.

I opened both Fitbit and PC Health on my Samsung phone. In PC Health I clicked on Journey and then Walk and Roll. Once chosen it asked about a 3rd party app. I chose fitbit and had to choose all data. When I just chose steps it did not work. I had to close PC Health and wait 5 minutes. Opened again and it picked up my steps.

Not sure is Charge 2 makes a difference. I had a Charge 2 and have quite a few different bands. If you are in the GTA area (Toronto), I would be happy to give them to you.
