In the earlier version of the app i would leave the dashboard open while on the treadmill and see the step count continuously updating while running. This does not happen anymore! ☹️
I have both All-day sync as well as Always connected options turned on.
now i have to go click on the steps circle in the dashboard and in the next screen where is shows my daily step count for the last couple of weeks and there i see it continuously updating for today as i run...however i dont see my heart rate, etc there.
This is not good!!! not sure why the app had to be changed when it working perfect earlier.
any idea how to get it to continuously update in the mobile dashboard?

Hi @AR_blr. Welcome to the Community.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and for the steps that you've tried so far. It's odd that your live data isn't showing up in the Fitbit app, and let's work on this together. First of all, please verify if your phone is a supported device as this will affect how the Fitbit app and its features work on your phone.
If your phone is confirmed to be an optimized device to work with the Fitbit app, make sure the live data is enabled by going to fitbit.com dashboard, click on the gear icon at the upper right corner > Charge 3 > Live Data. Once that is done, I'd recommend the following steps:
By the way, I've moved your post to the Android board so you can receive more related responses about this situation, and to keep our forums organized
Let me know the outcome!
