Live heart rate not showing on tile

Sony Xperia M4 aqua. App 2.78 . Charge 2. 

Last couple of days no live heart rate. 

Literally can't say anymore.

Hi @LanuzaFitbit, thanks for the quick reply.  I have the latest update and my charge 2 had notification set on and this had always been enough in the past. I had not used the notifications in the app as I don't normally wander about with my phone so I had left that disabled. It seems like setting that to receive something has done the trick but not sure why.

Still no live heart rate showing on tile in app since fitbits housekeeping.

Let me help you out get that information to show up.

 

In case it is related to the tile itself, please try to add the tile to your Dashboard. Click here to get some details on that.

 

If the tile is there, then try to go through this article that talks about this feature.
