Live steps and heart rate stopped showing on Samsung Ultra 5G

I leave my fitbit app open while treadmill running for encouragement. I like to see what my count is. I haven't had any issues with this until a few days ago. The app has stopped live tracking steps and heart rate. I now to manually pull down and update the app. I have forcestopped the app and Uninstalled, restarted my phone, and then restarted my phone but it has not changed anything. 

 

For reference I have a Samsung ultra 5G phone.

76@Jenna8908 Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you regarding live stats on your Fitbit app. Usually the app syncs automatically and updates the stats on the Fitbit app. I suggest you try removing your Fitbit device from your account and set it up again. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture and the on your Fitbit device. On the top right corner tap on the trash icon and confirm to remove the device from your account. You can then proceed to set it up as a new device. Live stats should be reestablished.
