Everytime i open the app to sign up, it keeps saying something went wrong please try again later and when i try to log in it says incorrect login or username even though theyre 100% correct. I legit got a fitbit charge 3 yesterday and this is how my first experience goes with it, very nice

Hi @BilalHashmi Android had an app update a few days ago. I've gotten that before when signing on my account, but usually restarting my phone and waiting a bit gets me back in. You using a compatible phone with at least Android 8?

@BilalHashmi Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you set up your Fitbit Charge 3 with the Fitbit app. Thanks for the explanation. Do you receive the error message right after you open the app? Would you be so kind to add a screenshot of the error message on your next reply? Simply tap or click on the camera icon while you are writing a response to a post. A new window will emerge showing the options to add an image to your post/reply.
If you are using the mobile data of your smartphone, please try using a Wi-Fi network and see if there is an improvement. Have you also tried logging in into your account on the Fitbit.com website? Does the login work on the website? I would also delete the Fitbit app, install it and try again.
