I'm not really sure where to ask this question: I am a firefighter and we are dispatched to calls via an app called Pheonix G2 FSA. I use an android phone and I receive all other notifications. Even with the box checked allowing notifications for the specific app I do not receive them on my Versa 2. I have tried multiple troubleshooting techniques without success. I'm curious if it is the specific app, I used to get these notifications with a much older smart watch by samsung.

Hi @atanner94. Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Versa 2's behavior, as well for your efforts while troubleshooting it prior posting. It's odd that you're not getting a notification from this specific app and to further investigate could you please provide me with your phone's model and Android version?
In the meantime, although you've tried some steps please give a try to the following:
Let me know how it goes.

I know this is an old post but I'm curious if there was any resolution. I'm having the same issue with my Sense. I've uninstalled everything (Fitbit app, Sense, Phoenix app) multiple times and still no luck. Phoenix G2 is the only app not coming through on my watch. It shows in the status bar but doesn't alert the watch. It is selected in app notifications on the Fitbit app. Worked fine with my Garmin before I upgraded to my Fitbit. Samsung S20 FE, Android 11

@ArizonaMedic Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you regarding the notifications from the Pheonix G2 FSA app on your Fitbit device. Thanks for explaining. I recommend you check the following article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?. However, not all tips in this article apply for this scenario, since notifications from other apps are being sent to your Sense. I would deactivate notifications altogether and set them up again.
Given that the same inquiry arose 2 years ago, it might not be resolved. However, it might be related to the Pheonix G2 FSA app itself rather than the Fitbit app, given that it is the only app not coming through on your Sense. Hopefully other users can share their experience with this app.
Have a nice day!
