Hi, I went for my walk today. I started and finished my walk through android app. After I finished, it showed me everything including a map but now I can't see the map anymore. I can still see how many steps I've walked and how many minutes the log last but I used the gps for reason to see where I walked in the woods. Now I can't see anything. Anyone has had similar issue? Using Charge 2. I have the newest version of app. Also yesterday I didn't have this issue.

@Theira, did you use the Connected GPS for Walk from the Charge 2, or did you use the MobileRun option from the app?  If you used the MobileRun option from the app, did you use Pause & Resume during the walk?

Hi. I started and ended through mobile app and didn't pause it. When I finished my walk I was able to see the map. I wanted to share the map later  because I thought it was kinda funny the way I walked in the forest but it didn't show up again after sync. I tried  to use it the same way when I went to grocery store later in the evening to see, if it'll happen again but at this time it shows the map as should so. In 2 days I used it 3 times which was actually for the first time since I owe Fitbit and only one time it didn't stay in my app.

I'm running into the same problem, although with me it consistently forgets the exercises I track through the mobile app.

I'm thinking it might have something to do with a recent update of the app for Android earlier this week, because last week everything was still alright, afaik.
