Log and Add More feature changed

I noticed after an update that the Log and Add More feature no longer lists foods previously eaten with the food just logged. It isn't a big deal but certainly makes logging foods faster and easier for those of us who tend to eat the same foods frequently.

It's great to see you around @Mamato5Boys. Could you please be more specific about the inconvenience you have? Are you having problems logging  your food? If you are, please confirm you are doing the following:

1. Tap the tile of calories left
2. Tap the "+" icon
3. Tap Custom
4. Tap "+ Add custom food"
5. Enter the information
6. Tap Save Custom Food

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I'm not having problems logging food. The inconvenience is that, up until recently, when I would enter a food and then tap the Log & Add More icon then a list of foods previously eaten with the food just entered would pop up and you could choose one of those and log them easily. For example, I usually drink a protein shake and have a granola or protein bar for breakfast. When I would enter my protein shake and tap Log & Add More then the list granola and protein bars I eat would show up and I could tap one of those and tap Log instead of having to search for every food all day long. Once the change occurred, I now have to search for every food item I eat all day.

Many thanks for the clarification @Mamato5Boys! We have had some reports of this issue. In order to help us gain more insight about this, please provide me some information. I noticed that your are using an Android phone, let me know:

- OS & app version

- How are you logging your food? (just frequent/recent or also custom items)

- What is that you are logging? (just database food or using scan barcode)

- Do the food logs disappear when your close or reopen the app of after logging out?

Also, in the meantime, we recommend some workarounds: force quit the app and log out/in the app. Last but not least, please make sure your phone is running the latest version of the Android Fitbit app (2.31).

Hope to hear from you soon! Woman Wink
