Log into app on new phone

Hello 

I have transfered to a new phone and cant log into my fitbit app 

Did the below and as in image this shows up

  • Reset password over 3 times
  • Uninstaled app twice 
  • Reset phone and watch nothing working Screenshot_20250515_062220.jpg

     Any advice please

Hi, @Marysia1 welcome to the community. I see you are using your Gmail address, but can you confirm you are logging in with your Google account option in the login screen (not your Fitbit log in) How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account - Fitbit Help Center explains the issues.
