Log previous exercise won't save

When I try and use 'log previous' to track exercise it won't save. This has previously not been a problem.

My Inspire 2 has tracked that I have zone minutes and I want to put in the actual exercise that I have done (stationery bike this morning). But it either just does nothing after I've clicked 'Log it' or it shows what I've logged with no heart rate info until I leave the exercise screen at which point it disappears. It is also not saved in the browser dashboard.

I have tried various fixes including force stopping and clearing the cache, updated the app, updated my phone, logged in and out of the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. No change. I am Android version 13.

Hello @Lenl and welcome to the Community.  I'm moving your post to the Android forum.  You are having an issue with your app and it isn't related to your Fitbit model.

More important than that, using the log previous feature isn't the best way to record your exercise.  Your Fitbit gave you a heart rate based calorie burn.  The Fitbit app overwrites the calories burned data when you use the log previous option.  This option is really designed to be used if you aren't wearing your Fitbit, or you don't own a Fitbit and use MobileTrack.

The best way to track your stationary bike is to use the exercise app on your Inspire 2 with the Spin exercise shortcut.  Spin is the correct choice for any indoor bike.  How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
