Logged workouts disappear

If I try to manually log workouts from a previous day, it shows at first, but then disappears.  So, it looks like there were no workouts this week when there actually were. I just forgot to start the workout on my fitbit, and it didn't sense the workout.  Is this a glitch??

@Nanz90 Welcome to the forums.

Thanks for reaching out about the logged workouts on the Fitbit app. How long until they disappear? Until next day? Have you checked your online dashboard to see if they show up there? It could be a display issue on the Fitbit app only. Make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date. Look for updates on the Google Play Store.

I'm having the same problem. My exercise so far has never been auto detected. I manually enter a workout, and it shows up in the app. Then I exit and come back, and it says I have worked out 0 of 5 days, and what I entered is missing. I've rebooted the phone and the Sense 2 watch, and reinstalled the Android app.

I've having the same issue. I try to log a workout and it disappears instantly. It doesn't show on the website and the app is updated.

Hello,
My logged workouts (using the 'bike' shortcut) do not show up in the app or in the online dashboard. If I go in and manually add them (again), they will appear until the next time I open the app at which point, they're gone again.

Like I said, they're not appearing in the dashboard either.
This is a new problem as it worked consistently up until a week ago.
Auto-detect workouts work fine though, e.g, elliptical or walking.

Please help.
