Logging Food for Previous Day

Today is Saturday and I am current on logging food. However, I need to return to Friday to edit logging there. How do I get to the previous day for logging food? Thanks.

Add the food as if you were adding it for today, and above the Log This button there is an option to change the day you are adding to

 your answer:  Go to settings on your PHONE  then date&time then change the date on your PHONE, go back into fitbit, log the calories, repeat for as many days as you wish, then change the date back to the current one. Then never forget to log a food item again or the fitbit app will punish you for your negligence.
