I recently added my device to VirginPulse. It was not connecting because it said my password was not correct. I first reset password from my device by following password reset procedure. I was able to validate that it worked from my device. Then when I tried to login to fitbit from computer it stated that password was not correct. I then reset password from computer and then I am able to connect to fitbit from computer. Now my device states that it can not connect and that my password is not correct. So not sure how to get both my device access and Virgin pulse. If I reset password again from device it will not work from computer login. Please note, in all cases I'm using the same password. Any help much appreciated!

Hi there @ympunicos, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is a unique case, since I haven't seen something similar before. I'm wondering just to clarify if the error of "Wrong Password" is specifically with Fitbit App or is related to Virgin Pulse? Perhaps if is possible would you ind to share some screenshots to have a better scope of this issue you are experiencing? In the meantime make sure your app is running the latest version of the Android App. This week we have released a new version that gradually will become available to all users. So review your Google play store if the app is available for you. For more details please take a look at this post: Android app version 2.65 is now available - 1/22. This might help to address the issue you are experiencing.

I still am only able to log on from my Android device. The Virgin pulse is now getting uploads though. So I am fixed but the original symptoms of not being able to log on from computer still exists. Since my only need was to get VP configured, I am ok with not pursuing further. Thanks for helping!
