Got a new phone and I'm trying to log into Fitbit on my new device. I know the email and password but it wants to text me a verification code via text to let me into my account anyway. I've done this 7 times now on 3 different days and it never sends me anything. I know the number they have for me is correct since they've had to do this before and it used to work fine. I haven't changed my number in literally 22yrs. So I try to get help logging in via their Customer Support Chat. Except I need to log into my account to access customer support...about the fact that I can't log into my account...yeah. OK, fine, so I just create a new account for literally the sole purpose of getting help getting into my actual account with all my past info and history on it. Finally get the new account setup, go through the myriad of menus in which they've hidden the actual Customer Support contact options, click on "Chat" and... It's just a blank page. Literally just a white page with nothing on it. Doesn't matter how many times I refresh the page or what browser I'm using or if I log out and log back in to start the process all over...just a blank, white page.
This is literally my last attempt at getting help, hoping (probably in vain) that someone from Customer Support sees this and decides to help me log in to my actual account (since this is being posted from the temp account I created in an attempt to get help) before I say "f*** it", buy myself a Samsung watch and abandon Fitbit for good.

Does your messaging app have a Spam folder? I've found some valid texts in there on my phone.
