Best AnswerUnable to connect in app. Logo is constant on screen.
Cannot determine if it charged or not from laptop, instead of charger.
Is new charger needed? Have only had since 10-28-19.

I held button in for several seconds, a 0% battery icon finally appeared! So it seems to me the watch is not charging at all.
Help please!!!!!!
