I had the lose it app before Fitbit. Do I have to log food in Fitbit or will it transfer from lose it?

"Lose it" is listed with the compatible apps, though I have never used it.  If you have problems connecting them, you might try the Third Party Integrations board.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
