My historical exercise data is missing. I exercise every day and data has been captured as expected since 2019. About 3 months ago I noticed I have lost apoximately 1 weeks worth of historical data every month. Recently, 2024 Sept. I lost 9th-17th, Oct. I lost 8th-11th. Very disappointed and may need to move to more reliable system if this can't be resolved.

There is a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see historical data, including completed exercise. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.
A recent app update to version 4.28.1 has fixed this problem for some users, but not all.
From what I've seen, the historical data was properly uploaded to user accounts on the Fitbit servers. So there's no loss of data. It seems that the issue is between the Fitbit servers and a user's Fitbit app.
At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.

I am on 4.28.1. It is good to know the data uploaded to user accounts on
the Fitbit servers and not just lost. If you could keep us posted on any
progress that would be great. I very much appreciate getting an update, and
Fitbit's transparency about the problem.
