Losing steps

First I lost 130 step, later I lost 275. I have a new fitbit blaze...may have done this before and I didn't notice, if it keeps up it is going back.

Hello, @PHarris63! Welcome to the Forums! :} Hmm.. Are you comparing this information with some other device? Or why do you say it is losing steps? Please provide me more information so I can further assist. In the mean time you can try to restart it and give it a try!

I have decided to return the Blaze and go back to my HR. The Blaze just
wasn't right for me and when it took away some of my steps, that clinched
it for me, thanks anyway

Oh ok, @PHarris63! Thanks for the updates! I'm glad to hear that you are more confortable using your Charge HR and that you were able to return your Blaze without a problem.
