Losing synced data

Over the past few days, I've lost all the previous days data when a new day has occured.  My fitbit would sync correctly all day but the next day show 0 for all my figures.

Same thing happened to me.  Can no longer get android phone to even recognize the Charge HR in Bluetooth.  I reset the Fitbit and can force the sync but it no longer recognizes the Fitbit.

Same thing happened to me.  I noticed I was not getting notifications from calls or texts. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it us last synced on Wednesday 13 and shows 0 for all activity after that day. Don't know what else to do!
