I rebooted my fitbit device as it had trouble connecting with my phone and all my data was lost even though it said no data would be lost. Now all my workouts were not recorded and i lost my health points.

All data that had been synced is in the main Fitbit database so should not be affected by a reboot. Try looking at the fitbit.com dashboard to see if you can see your data there, being sure to log in with same id. If you still cannot see your data, it must be that either it had not synced, or you are using a different fitbit account/email.
