@Jaydee56, it is not likely the info is gone, since it stored on the Fitbit server and not in the app. If you logged in with a different email address & password than you had been using, it will not be able to access your data. Log out of the app, open the phone Settings, Apps, Fitbit, Data, and Clear Cache and Delete Data. Then Force Stop the app, and close the phone Settings. Re-Open the Fitbit app and log in with the original email address & password, and all of your data should be there.
