Lost display on fitbit screen

Can anyone help me please, I've lost my display on my fitbit screen

Hi @Dottiespencer  which Fitbit do you have? Have you tried doing a restart of the device? It's similar to rebooting your phone or computer.

Which Fitbit do you have? Some devices have the ability to turn off the screen.

I have the same issue on my Inspire HR.  All the sudden the display is blank.  I have tried charging, etc.  This had happened once before but it was short term.  Today it is on going.

Same here, last time I got a replacement but obviously can't at the moment, thanks for your reply

It's a inspire hr, it's the 2nd time this has happened
