My wife has only received one low heart rate notification on 18-Mar, but she has had several heart rate measurements well below 50 bpm since then.
It appears that low heart rate notifications no longer work since the last couple of updates. This is a fairly important notification to get so when will this issue be resolved?

I can verify that low heart notifications do work, my sister spent yesterday afternoon in the emergency room after receiving several notifications over the past few days.
Have you verified that notifications are turned on? Have she tried restarting the phone and device?
Is she receiving other notifications?

Interesting; thanks for the response.
I checked earlier this morning and the low heart rate and AFib notifications are enabled, but some of the other random notifications like friend requests, badges etc. are turned off.
I'll try restarting her device and phone to see if that resolves the issue and, if it doesn't, I'll just enable all notications and try that as well.
In fact, I'll probably just save myself some time and simply enable all notications , restart her device and phone now and be done with it.

Well, I enabled all notifications on the Fitbit app and on the phone and my wife is still not getting low heart rate alerts.
Do Not Disturb during evening hours on the phone is enabled, but I added the Fitbit app as an exception to the DnD rule, which didn't help either.

I believe the low heart rate notification requires the user to experience a low heart rate for a period of time, I think it's 10 minutes of having a heart below the threshold.

Thanks for the feedback. That sounds like a reasonable rule, I guess.
I'll take a look at her HR curves for durations.

You nailed it, @gdio53.
I just looked at the 'Learn More' info and that's exactly what it said; no low heart rate notification unless it remains low for more than 10 minutes.
