Cannot sync Fitbit Sense 2 to Android Moto G

I cannot get my Sense 2 to sync to my Android moto g 5g. I tried all the suggestions. My phone keeps showing pairing rejected by sense.

Thanks for the explanation and your initiative to try and solve this on your own. Would you be so kind to explain when exactly do you receive the error message that the pairing was rejected by the Fitbit Sense? 

If you are trying to pair the device via the Bluetooth settings of your phone, that will not work. Syncing is managed by the Fitbit app. I suggest you take a look at the tips in the following article and give them a try: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Thanks in advance.
