I have issues regarding the registration of my activities in the fitbit app. I only use the app on my phone which I'm taking with me when I go running outdoor. Last two times I started the activity and ended it when I got home again. It registrated the steps I took and counted them together with my daily steps. Normally I was refreshing to see my activity and then it synced with a different running app which keeps track of my total distance of running. Last two times it didn't show my run as an activity though. Anybody any idea what I'm doing wrong here?
I have the same issue, my exercise tracked as usual throughout, but after pressing "finish" the activity was not stored, although total data for that day seems correct. Happened twice.
