Low heart history not showing

Hi for many months now since fit bit redesigning of app I am unable to view low heart rate history, 

Fit bit say fix on next update never is , if you uninstall app log out and back in you view your low heart rate history once then all you get is grey loading screen app crashes. 

Tried on two different devices 

Lenovo tablet,  android 13 

Samsung A55 android 14 

App version 4.42.2 

Use Fitbit charge 6

Is anyone else having the same issues, fit bit keep telling me it's a bug and be fixed in next update , I did try uploading a screenshot but won't allow me kept saying error.
