Luxe doesn't reset steps at midnight

As the title says, at least once a week, my Luxe doesn't reset the steps at midnight. The screenshot shows that I have only taken 194 steps today, but it shows 10,191 below. Resetting the Luxe does not fix the problem. Any suggestions other than resetting my Luxe would be greatly appreciated.
