My Luxe watch is in synch with the App in my IPhone but the Fitbit dashboard on the internet (community.Fitbit) does not get updated. Why?

If your Luxe is synced with the Fitbit app you should see the same data on the Online Dashboard (fitbit.com)
If not, please make sure that you are using the same email address when logging into the Online Dashboard.
To make sure that you are using the same email address, go to your Fitbit app>Profile picture>Account settings>Change Email
You'll see the email address with that you are logged in the app. Use this one to log in to the Online Dashboard.
