Versa 3 auto pausing music when i walk away.

I always have my phone connected to a Bluetooth speaker at work so me and my coworkers can listen to music. However, for the last two weeks, everytime I leave the kitchen my phone stops playing music. I got the fit bit so I could track steps while running food and keep my phone in the kitchen playing music.

@Rogersja , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your message and for your information. 

Just to confirm some things:

How do you listen to the music? Do you use Deezer, Pandora or Spotify?

Do you control your music with the Versa 3 (Fwd, Play, Pause,etc)?

In the meantime, when you connect your phone to your speakers, try to force quit the Fitbit app.

Tapp on the multitasking button and swipe the Fitbit app to close it.
