I have a strict and clean diet where I eat close to 90% unprocessed foods and all the food items do not have "uncategorised calories"
End of the day this what the app calculated,
My macro split is as such:
C: 235g (36%)
F: 57g (20%)
P: 296g (44%)
Total in : 2401 cals in
Actual calculation based on macros,
C: 235 × 4 = 940 (35%)
F: 57 × 9 = 513 (20%)
P: 296 × 4 = 1184 (45%)
Total in : 2637 cals in
I repeat there is no uncategorised calories..
