Does anyone know why the macronutrients are not showing?  I have reached out to the Support Team, but they are still researching this problem.  I have tried all the fixes.  Uninstall app, reset the Sense to no avail.  It was working perfect and suddenly it's not.  Calories in vs. Out is working fine.  I am impatient cause I do rely on the breakdown of what I am eating.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

If after following the troubleshooting steps provided by Customer Support you are still unable to see your macronutrients in the Fitbit app, please let them know in order to get further assistance. They will let you know how to proceed as soon as possible.
