I am having annoying compatibility issues with my Moto Z Play 2 and my Versa.  In looking at some of the other requests, there seems to be a common theme with Motorola compatibility.  Could this please be addressed?  I love my Versa and I love my phone.  I will probably never switch to a non-Motorola phone, so I'm hoping for some compatibility between the two.

Thanks for the love towards the Versa and let me help you with your inquiry. We've received feedback from our members about the Motorola Moto Z2 Play compatibility and our team keeps working hard on the Fitbit app so it can be optimized for more models. While there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, you can give a try to the troubleshooting steps found in our Help site.

 

Let me also recommend you to post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board. This is the best place to make your voice heard and so others can vote for it as well. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.
