My fitbit versa wont delete old messages dating back 3 weeks ago. I'm not sure why do I need to set the machine back to factory settings?

Please know that our team is aware of the situation and it is being looked into. For the time being I'd recommend that you restart your Fitbit following the steps listed in this help article. That should clear the notifications if they won't go away.

Hello, How do I delete the messages? Have they fixed the bug? This is very backward technology. Hoping for the positive response.

This is still an issue. Are they really trying to fix this 'bug's after a year you would think it would have been resolved. 😞
