Unable to read textra notifications

Hello! I can receive textra notifications on the fitbit blaze, but all I can see is the name and not the messege. I tapped it, double tapped, long pressed it.. Nothing would get the text to open. Any thoughts?

I figured it out lol textra has a setting under 'customize notifications' all the way at the bottom that says show all texts. Make sure thats selected if youre also having this issue.
