I tend to eat some of the same things.
Right now I'm having to log each and every single item.
Is there a way to make a meal and I can just push that instead

Under Favorites, click on Meals, you can create a meal there.
You can also edit a meal if something changes.
Once you sync to your phone, the meal will be in the app under Custom when you log food.
