Manual logging activities still not working

I have Inspire 2, with the Android app, which I keep updated.

About August I saw that my manual logging of spinning was not working. Each time I try to log an activity it disappears. 

It has been said they are looking into this, but this new update seems not to fix it.

There is a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects exercise data. As you noted, this has been on-going for awhile. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.

From some of the recent Moderator posts I've read, it seems that version 4.28 was supposed to include the fix. However, multiple users reported that it didn't. The Moderators acknowledged this feedback and stated they will notify support. Apparently, the newest update to version 4.28.1 didn't fix the problem, either.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the problem is on the Fitbit side.

I just got the 4.28.3 update, and it hasn't fixed this, either.
