I log my activity in the app, it will show up for a minute but then when I leave the work out screen and go back the entry is gone. I've tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and have tried logging it on data and on wifi.

Hmmm...this was an issue before, but should be corrected by now. It is weird that you are having problems with your activities logged.
Can you please try to create an activity using your computer and tell me if you are able to see it on the App under your recent activities?

I think it started either Wednesday night the 30th or Thursday the 31st. I was able to log it and it stayed on my pc and I was able to view it on my app after syncing. I still can't log them on my galaxy s8 app.
