New Alta he, need many attempts to sync. It is getting worse day by days. I use android, samsung 7s, and app it fully updated. Nothing else connected by Bluetooth to phone so there's no interference

That can be very frustrating.
I'd recommend that we try to restart the connection between the two. Follow the steps I posted here and it should improve the overall syncing capacity of the tracker.
