fitbit alta not syncing

Alta will not sync. Have tried turning bluetooth on anb off. Have hooked alta to computer to reset and restarted phone with no luck.  HELP...

That sounds quite frustrating. 

 

Let's try to restart the connection between the two. To do so please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile and look for your Alta.
  2. Remove the Alta from the paired devices list.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and go into the account tab.
  4. Select 'Setup a New Device' and follow the instructions to setup the tracker once again.
