Map & Recent tabs blank after MobileRun tracking (2.55+)

The dreaded MobileRun data loss bug is solved, but this issue is still occurring: after finishing tracking an exercise, the 'Map' tab is blank and the 'Recent' tab is stuck with a loading spinner graphic. The 'Impact' tab loads correctly ('Splits', 'Heart rate' and 'Calories' are missing altogether - not sure if that's intentional).

 

This has been happening since at least version 2.55 (October 2017).

Hello @Quppa.

 

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those screenshots with us.

 

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on and ask you some questions to better understand what is happening:

  • What phone are you using?
  • What Android version are you running?
  • Have you tried any other mobile devices?
